Hold lightly to your beliefs for someone, somewhere, quite reasonably, believes the opposite.In this site I trace connections between scepticism and Buddhism – particularly exploring similarities of intention and method. I also include information about mindful meditation and other aspects of Buddhist practice. What I have to say is grounded in my own experience of Zen meditation and sceptical modes of enquiry. The notes develop ideas first touched on in my book, Agents of Uncertainty (Rodopi 2012).
